We retain your information if you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

Message and Data Rates

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

Message Frequency

Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, depending on your interactions with our services.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving messages, text STOP to unsubscribe. You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to gmlent@yahoo.com or (813) 563-1479. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours. After opting out, you may still receive administrative messages necessary to service your account.

Help Instructions

For assistance, text HELP. You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our Phone number, email and website. We are here to help you.

Non-Sharing Clause

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. E-Bike Buddies will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.

How We Share the Information We Collect
Service Providers: We may share any information we collect with service providers retained in connection with the provision of our Services. These companies are permitted to use this information to help us provide our Services and improve the services they provide us, and for other purposes disclosed in this Privacy Notice.
Our Affiliates and Representatives: We may share your information with our affiliates, subsidiaries, and representatives as needed to provide our Services.
Other Users: Content you post on our websites, including comments, may be displayed to other Users as appropriate.
